Our client, a local CSP disrupting the financial services industry, is recruiting an Accounts Manager to join the growing team with the task of providing support to the accounting department and managing daily accounting tasks for clients. Additionally, within this role you'll also be responsible for the: 

• Posting and processing invoices and journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;
• Assisting / Reviewing reconciliations;
• Payment processing, issueing of invoices, and posting of invoices
• Assisting in the administration and bookkeeping
• Preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements;
• Reviewing of expenses, and payroll records as assigned;
• Preparing and submitting quarterly/yearly VAT reports;
• Assisting, preparing, and reviewing monthly/yearly closing up to the finalizing of the Financial Statements;
• Assisting with other accounting projects;
• Supervising and mentoring other junior accountants within the company;
• Coordinating with clients and maintaining a portfolio of clients within different sectors.
• Ensure efficient client services and provide support to administration staff.

Experience & Skills:

• In possession of an ACCA qualification or similar qualifications;
• A minimum experience of 4 year in a client accounting role will be considered as an asset;
• A minimum experience of 2 years in a client accounting role acting as a senior/team leader;
• Great attention to detail;
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• Must be able to plan and deal with unexpected changes on a day-to-day basis and must be able to work with tight deadlines;
• Problem-solving skills and can work on his/her own initiative
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills.
