Digital Services Account Manager

Our client’s Digital team is growing!

We’re on the lookout for a Digital Services Account Manager to join our client’s Digital Transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients who can benefit from the company’s services, building relationships with them, and understanding their business needs. You will work closely with clients to propose relevant digital solutions and manage the implementation phase with third-party providers. You will also be responsible for:

  • Research and analyze potential client industries and target markets.
  • Use various channels, such as online research, networking, and referrals, to identify potential clients.
  • Develop a lead generation strategy to identify potential clients that align with our service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
    • Establish and maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and pain points.
    • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas where our digital services can provide value to clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Address client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Propose relevant digital solutions to clients and manage the implementation phase with third-party providers.
    • Develop customized solutions that meet clients' specific needs and requirements.
    • Develop proposals that clearly outline project scope, timelines, and costs.
    • Coordinate with third-party providers, such as software vendors and IT consultants, to ensure a smooth implementation process.
    • Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables are on track and within budget.
  • Provide clients with ongoing support and training to help them maximize the benefits of their digitalization efforts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our service offerings.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements to stay ahead of the curve.
    • Attend conferences, seminars, and other industry events to stay informed about digital transformation trends and best practices.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies that could impact our service offerings.
    • Share knowledge and insights with colleagues and team members.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management on business development activities, sales performance, and revenue projections.
    • Develop and maintain accurate records of business development activities, such as client meetings, proposals, and sales.
    • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and revenue projections.
    • Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their cloud infrastructure needs and provide recommendations for cloud-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Provide guidance and training to clients on how to leverage cloud systems and applications to achieve their business goals.

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and IT, Business Development, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on digital transformation projects.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing business development strategies and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and third-party providers.
  • Strong project management skills to manage the implementation phase of digitalization projects.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and other relevant digital tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
