Our client is currently looking to expand its corporate services team by recruiting a Corporate Services Officer. The successful candidate shall be responsible for:
- Collection and verification of due diligence documentation conducted in terms of our client on boarding procedures
- The incorporation of companies
- Drafting of resolutions and statuory forms neccessary for corporate changes
- Preparation of combined Registers and share certificates
- Preparation and submission of Beneficial Owner documents upon incorporation and subsequent changes
- Liaising with banks and PSPs on a regular basis, understanding account opening processes and requirements and assisting clients with the same;
- Liaising and corresponding with accountants, auditors, lawyers and other service providers
- Liaising with the Malta Business Registry and any other regulatory authorities
Experience & Skills
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a corporate services role;
- A' Level or Diploma level of education.
- Highly organized, efficient, and technically competent;
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively and productively with clients, colleagues and service providers alike
- Be able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Preference shall be given to candidates who are familiar with MBR processes and requirements.
