We are recruiting a Receptionist to manage our client's front desk and provide administrative support to the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing calls to the appropriate parties. Additionally, the Receptionist will be responsible for maintaining office supplies and performing general administrative duties as needed.
- Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate parties
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate parties
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently
Experience & Skills:
- O-Level standard of education
- Prior experience in a similar position is considered an asset
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional and courteous demeanor
