Our client, a well-established CSP, is recruiting an Audit Manager to join their growing team. Working closely with a team of auditors you'd be responsible for:
- Overseeing a client portfolio to ensure timely resolution of all client needs.
- Coaching staff in addressing complex and high-risk areas effectively.
- Conducting technical reviews of audit work to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Spearheading the preparation of engagement plans and resource assignments.
- Collaborating with partners to negotiate fees and ensuring client profitability.
- Identifying and addressing client business needs through customized solutions.
- Engaging in sales activities with existing clients to strengthen relationships.
- Providing continual staff development through coaching and regular constructive appraisals.
Experience & Skills:
- Fully qualified with a minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial audit-related role
- Expertise in primary accounting and auditing frameworks, mainly IFRS, GAPSME and ISAs
- Good command of local tax and VAT regulations
- Significant experience in leading, planning and reporting on audits
- Must be highly organised, meticulous and analytical
- Demonstrates an application and solution-based approach to problem solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and in a team environment
